An interesting article from the National Multi Housing Council website explains what is happening currently in the real estate market: "Here's what's happening- Across the country thousands of private homeowners are losing their homes to foreclosure, which in turn causes renters, like yourself to lose their rental home. Most renters lose their lease and their security deposit and are forced to move out on short notice. So, if you choose to rent a privately owned home or condominium, the risk of losing your rental is very real."
