U.S. Passport fees are expected to increase next month, so people seeking to apply for a new passport or renew their passports better do so fast. Residents of Shea's Mission Viejo apartments can conveniently apply at the Mission Viejo Library's U.S. Passport Acceptance Service at 100 Civic Center. As leases expire, stores will close or change locations at
The Shops at Mission Viejo. Ten years ago,
The Shops at Mission Viejo underwent a $150 million renovation and expansion
that brought many new retailers, including Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. This year many of these 10-year leases expire and some of the mall's stores will see changes. Crate & Barrel will be vacated, Kate Spade
will close, Spanish clothing retailer Zara will open this summer, BCBGeneration will open, and many other changes will happen to the Mission Viejo shopping mall. For more information about

The Fish House is scheduled to open in Mission Viejo in April 2010. The restaurant will be located at 26051 La Paz Road, just minutes from Shea's
Mission Viejo Apartments.
