The
Woodbridge Village Association (W.V.A.) is a private homeowners' association and planned community, located in the City of Irvine, California. The Association has been in existence since 1976 as a mutual-benefit, non-profit corporation.
As a resident of Shea's Irvine apartments, you can enjoy all of the amenities offered by the Woodbridge Village Association. The association features approximately 40 parks and pools, two "landmark" lakes and swimming lagoons, two beach clubs with boat docks, 24 tennis courts, plus many other recreational amenities.
