U.S. Passport fees are expected to increase next month, so people seeking to apply for a new passport or renew their passports better do so fast. Residents of Shea's Mission Viejo apartments can conveniently apply at the Mission Viejo Library's U.S. Passport Acceptance Service at 100 Civic Center.
