LEASE AN APARTMENT WORRY FREE
Shea Apartment Communities is now offering a Resident's Employment Protection Plan. If their residents are laid off and lose their job during the term of your lease, they can terminate their lease agreement without penalty. Shea Apartments is a family owned and operated business, and they want to help other families rent worry free. They understand that in the current economic climate, many people are hesitant to commit to a lease, but with the Resident's Employment Protection Plan they can offer renters a sense of security with flexibility if they unexpectedly lose their job. The Resident's Employment Protection Plan is available to any resident who signs a lease, or any current resident who renews their lease when it expires. See your Shea Apartment Communities' leasing office for more details and a copy of the addendum.
